Winter 2008 has made Deep Fork Tree Farm officially open for business. With our first trees planted in 2003, we were patiently waiting and meticulously caring for the young trees to grow into the large caliper specimen trees they were meant to be.
We have had a huge welcome from the green industry with many customers excited in our wide selection of trees we have to offer. We are still continuing to aggressively plant every year, performing heavy rotations once the large caliper sizes are reached. Our sales strategy involves programmed digging to thin fields where necessary and to provide more space for the larger material.
Our grow list evolves to accommodate the changing market’s currents and are selected for their desirable characteristics, zoning and pest resistance.
